Most physically challenged people to rely on others for their motion and the number of such is increasing day by day. Manual Wheelchairs are quite difficult operate as they require force motion. To overcome this drawback, conventional wheelchairs or powered available in markets. Even if meant design comfort users expensive, so not every can afford them. reduce percentage use a manual wheelchair give better experience an affordable manner we have proposed model. Our model based neural networks backpropagation algorithm used medium train Artificial which trained user’s voice command it uses recognition control mechanism. The prototype been with five commands (Forward, Backward, Left, Right, Stop). These successfully identified converted text. following text further written target hardware wirelessly using Bluetooth module DC Motors directions wheelchair. entire designed Matlab R2020a Arduino UNO hardware. main aim our work develop smart that overcomes problems existing systems should be easy, impressionable, convenient people.
